Practice Staff
Practice Manager
Our practice manager is responsible for all aspects
of the day to day running of the surgery. If you have any suggestions
for an improved service, any concerns or complaints, please address
them to her.
Receptionists
Our team of receptionists
are trained to help you and are bound by the same code of confidentiality
as the Doctors and Nurses. At times they may need to ask you certain relevant
medical details at times in order to allow the right amount of time
for appointments, advise who might be the best person to see initially
etc.
Their job is a difficult
one - mutual courtesy will `oil the wheels'!
